• Market value estimates

Reports are generated using data from various sources, including but not limited to NMVTIS (National Motor Vehicle Title Information System), state DMV records, insurance companies, and other third-party data providers.

3. Intermediary Role & Disclaimer

Our role is to facilitate the connection between you and our third-party report generation partners. The actual vehicle history reports are generated by our authorized partner providers who maintain independent databases and verification systems.

What This Means:

• We are a platform that connects users with vehicle history data providers
• We do not own, operate, or control the databases from which information is obtained
• We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information contained in the reports
• The reports reflect data as provided by our partner services at the time of generation

Partner Services:

Reports are generated through our trusted partner network. While we work only with reputable data providers, we cannot guarantee that all information will be complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Vehicle history data depends on proper reporting by various entities including law enforcement, insurance companies, repair facilities, and government agencies.

4. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive vehicle history information, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Not all accidents, damages, or issues are reported to databases
• There may be delays between when an event occurs and when it appears in records
• Some information may be incomplete or contain errors from original reporting sources
• Private sales and unreported incidents will not appear in vehicle history reports
• Title washing (moving vehicles between states to remove salvage brands) may not always be detectable

We strongly recommend:

• Having the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic
• Verifying the VIN matches the vehicle's documentation
• Checking with your local DMV for title verification
• Reviewing the vehicle in person before making a purchase decision

5. Limitation of Liability

No Liability For:

• Any vehicle damage, defects, or issues not disclosed in the report
• Any financial losses resulting from vehicle purchases based on our reports
• Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the report data
• Any misinformation provided by third-party data sources
• Any decisions made based on information in the reports
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC REPORT IN QUESTION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Payment Terms

By purchasing a vehicle history report, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All prices are displayed in your local currency based on your geographic location
• Payment is required at the time of purchase before report delivery
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
• All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT available for:

• Change of mind after purchase
